Use/application/recommended intake

Take 1 tablet daily without chewing with some liquid (e.g. water). The simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, as this can impair the optimal availability of sodium selenite. However, staggered consumption (at least one hour apart) no longer has any effect.
