Vegetarian. All ingredients are sourced from the EU. Made in Germany. The vitamin D3 used is obtained by UV light irradiation of wool wax (lanolin), which is derived from the wool of live sheep. (Approx. 0.02 g of lanolin is used per bottle of Vitamin D3 Oil forte to produce vitamin D.)
