Breitsamer Honey Silver Fir

Breitsamer Silver Fir Honey

Origin: Europe, depending on harvest from Germany, Poland

In dense fir forests where hardly any light penetrates even in midsummer, bees collect tiny droplets of honeydew on the needles to create this exclusive honey. Silver fir honey is greenish dark brown and has a resinous, malty taste with a hint of dried plums. It is a true rarity that can only be harvested under suitable weather conditions and therefore not every year.

Breitsamer Honey – Tradition, passion, and beekeeper quality

For over 90 years and now in its third generation, Breitsamer has stood for premium honey enjoyment from Bavaria. What once began with a small Munich dairy shop and honey from the family’s own apiary is today a traditional honey brand offering a wide variety of honey specialties.

Selected quality, transparent origin, and the careful handling of honey as a natural product form the foundation of our standards. To achieve this, Breitsamer works closely with experienced beekeepers and regularly verifies their meticulous craftsmanship in person on site.

In this way, Breitsamer combines long-standing honey expertise with tradition, quality, and the unique variety of natural honeys.

The product range spans from regional landscape honeys and classic single-origin honeys to Fairtrade and Mediterranean honeys, all the way to exquisite honey rarities. The focus is always on taste, quality, careful selection, and customer satisfaction.

Honey is an untreated raw food and is therefore not suitable for children under 12 months. Store protected from light at room temperature.
