Breitsamer Echtes Schmankerl Forest Honey - an authentic Bavarian specialty with a long tradition. In summer, local beekeepers extract this strong, dark honey. Less sweet in taste than blossom honey, with a distinct character.

The highest quality requirements apply to every Breitsamer honey – stricter than those stipulated by the German Honey Ordinance – taste, varietal purity, transparent origin, and appreciative relationships with contract beekeepers.

The sweet success story began over 85 years ago with the "kloanen Münchner Milchladerl" (small Munich milk shop) on the right bank of the Isar and the additional sale of honey from the family apiary.
