Roots Radicals Sambal Hot Sauce 

This Indonesian-inspired Sambal Hot Sauce from Roots Radicals is handcrafted in Berlin as a German product. The hot sauce blends chillies fermented for months with roasted tomatoes, macadamia nuts, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and ginger. It is made with around 55% rescued upcycled food ingredients. At 187 ml, it works nicely as a dip or for seasoning curries, soups, and bowls.
