Description
Doppio Passo Primitivo Rosato is made from ripe Primitivo grapes in the Puglia region. Before pressing, a cold maceration takes place, which gives the wine this elegant hue and extraordinary aroma. The fermentation of the grape must takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The Rosato winemaking is a long-standing tradition in the Apulia region and has deep roots. The bouquet is fruity-sweet, the aroma is intense and unmistakable, unique to strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, the wine has a fine structure, a balanced acidity and is full-bodied. Ideal accompaniment to fish dishes, pasta with fine sauces or pure - well chilled, as an ideal summer companion.
