Doppio Passo Rosato “Alternativa” is an alcohol-free rosé from Southern Italy (Apulia) with 0.0% vol. Dealcoholized using the Spinning Cone Column process and finely balanced with natural aromas.
On the nose, wild strawberry and raspberry come through. On the palate it is light, juicy and well-balanced, with subtle fruity sweetness and a fine sparkle. Served well chilled at 8–10 °C, it pairs well with fish, pasta with light sauces, or as an aperitif.
