The grapes for this red wine from Italy are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation is complete, the Doppio Passo Primitivo non-alcoholic is gently dealcoholized.
