Application

1. Clean and dry the skin before application. To ensure optimal adhesion, the skin area around the blister must be free of cream and grease residues.
2. Remove the bottom protective paper without touching the adhesive surface.
3. Apply the plaster directly onto the blister and carefully smooth down the edges.
4. Only remove the plaster when it starts to detach by itself (please note: the plaster can easily remain adhered for several days).
5. To remove, slowly stretch the plaster along the skin, do not pull it upwards.

Please note:

• You should not intentionally pop a blister, as it heals better when covered by protective skin.
• The blister plaster should not be cut.
• In case of particularly heavy strain, such as long hikes or extreme sports, you can additionally secure the plaster with tape to prevent it from sticking to socks or shoes.
• For a particularly large blister, several plasters can be applied on top of each other.
• Any adhesive residues can be easily removed with white spirit. Please follow the textile manufacturer's instructions.
