Application

1. Clean and dry the skin before use. To ensure optimum adhesion, the skin around the blister must be free of cream and grease residue.
2. Remove the lower protective paper without touching the adhesive surface.
3. Stick the plaster directly onto the blister and smooth down the edges carefully.
4. Only remove the plaster when it starts to come off by itself (please note: the plaster can easily stay on for several days).
5. To remove, slowly stretch the plaster along the skin, do not pull it off upwards.

Please note:

• You should not deliberately pierce a blister because it heals better when covered by protective skin.
• The blister plaster should not be cut.
• In the case of particularly heavy strain, such as long hikes or extreme sports, you can additionally secure the plaster with tape to prevent it from sticking to socks or shoes.
• For a particularly large blister, several plasters can be stuck on top of each other.
• Any adhesive residue can be easily removed with white spirit. Please follow the instructions of the textile manufacturer.
