How do I apply Compeed Blister Plasters?

1. Clean and dry the skin before use. For optimal adhesion, the skin area around the blister must be free of cream and grease residues.
2. Remove the lower protective paper without touching the adhesive surface.
3. Stick the plaster directly onto the blister and smooth the edges carefully.
4. Do not remove the plaster until it starts to come off by itself.
5. Stretch it slowly along the skin, do not pull it off upwards.
