The secret lies in the perfect balance between the three crispy wafers and the refinement of the two generous layers of hazelnut cream (75% of the product), which is made from 100% valuable Italian hazelnuts.
As part of their "Italian Hazelnut Plantations" project, Loacker grows hazelnuts on their two estates in Tuscany and also works with farmers in five other regions of Italy. They are then roasted in the Alps to bring out their inimitable aroma. The Napolitaner cream now contains 10% more hazelnuts!
