Two layers of crispy wafers, two of dark chocolate cream, lots of delicious roasted hazelnut pieces and an elegant coating of dark chocolate. As part of our "Italian Hazelnut Plantations" project, we grow 100% Italian hazelnuts on our two estates in Tuscany and also work with farmers in five other regions of the country. We then roast them high up in the Alps to develop their inimitable aroma.
 Much of the cocoa used by Loacker comes from our sustainable cocoa cultivation program, which aims to improve the quality of this raw material from Ecuador (fine and aromatic) and the Ivory Coast (intense and earthy). In addition, they support the families of the workers with their special programs and protect the environment and its resources.
