KITCHIN PREMIUM CORNICHONS with herbs

Herb Cornichons

Our Kitchin Premium Cornichons in a sweet and sour herb marinade are the ideal choice for discerning gourmets and professional kitchens alike. These small gherkins, in the cornichon style, are indispensable in gastronomy and refine even the simplest dishes thanks to their firm consistency, delicate size, and spicy taste. The brine is enriched with an exquisite herb blend, which gives the gherkins a delicately spicy aroma that, in combination with the traditional acidity and a subtle sweet note, creates a perfectly balanced flavour profile.

Cornichons are excellent for serving whole as a side dish to cheese and charcuterie boards, pâtés, or terrines. Thanks to their delicate size, they are also an excellent garnish for canapés and a stylish accompaniment to burgers.
