Pickled in a delicious vinegar infusion with fine herbs, this gherkin is one of the most popular toppings for bread, an ingredient in sausage salad or roulade – or simply as a snack in between. The secret of the KNAX lies, among other things, in the traditional family recipe, the gentle processing and the short transport routes. It only takes about a day for our KNAX gherkins to get from the fields of our German contract farmers into the jars. This makes them so wonderfully crispy and aromatic."
