The base is pea protein; the structure is created through heating, cooling, and pressure. Suitable for burgers, bowls, or as a patty alternative in stir-fries.
Use
Cook product thoroughly; do not consume raw. Pan: fry over medium-high heat with a little oil for at least 9 min. , turning frequently.
Air fryer: 180 °C, 12 min.
BBQ: 240–250 °C, 10 min. , turn halfway through.
