Sparkling Rosé without any alcohol

The perfect non-alcoholic alternative to a Rosé. LYSERØD is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, but still soft and round in taste. You experience intense aromas of red berries and red apples. This is followed by a complex and pleasantly dry taste thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with a hint of blackberry and hibiscus.

Everything is balanced by the gentle white Silver Needle tea and rounded off with light bitter fruit notes.

The Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2017 and launched in May of the same year by award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba and his business partner Bo Sten Hansen. They still brew every batch themselves, because this is a labour of love and precision. Copenhagen Sparkling Tea's Sparkling Teas are based on a blend of high-quality organic teas, from delicate white teas to intense and full-bodied black teas. A bottle of Sparkling Tea contains up to 13 different types of tea, which creates the nuanced and complex taste.
