She taught us how to make vegan dishes so tasty that you will want to try more of them, even if you are a meat lover. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they don't have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.

After trying Julia's dishes, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line for Knuspr.de with her as head chef. Julia teaches us how to prepare her dishes.

How did we manage to make it taste so good, even though it doesn't contain any meat, you ask? Julia doesn't want to compromise on her recipes and therefore always selects only the perfect ingredients. And why? Because they taste great.

About The Green Garden...

The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialties. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is also popular with meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid19 pandemic.
