The Green Garden Life’s a beach watermelon rice bowl
A colorful vegan bowl with rice and watermelon, seasoned to taste similar to tuna. This interesting combination is complemented by baby spinach, crunchy carrots, cucumber and red cabbage, soybeans and juicy mango. Everything is seasoned with miso dressing, soy sauce, peeled sesame, and slices of nori seaweed provide the seafood flavor. We prepared the bowl together with Julia Ulrich, our great chef. She taught us how to make vegan dishes so tasty that even meat lovers will want more. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they don't have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.

How did we manage to make it taste so good even though it doesn't contain any meat, you ask? Julia doesn't want to compromise on her recipes and therefore always selects only the perfect ingredients. And why? Because they taste great.
About The Green Garden...
The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialties. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is also popular with meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid19 pandemic.
