It presents itself as spicy and balanced and reveals a lot of finesse. The yellow colour with straw-gold reflections is typical for this fine-pearl Crémant de Loire. Its bouquet is flowery with a fruity note, which is reminiscent of dried fruit. It shows itself to be expressive and beautifully fruity on the palate, provided with a smoky nuance. Serving temperature: 6-8°C. Wine to be stored between 3 and 4 years
