Our organic Haferkleie is wonderfully tender and an ideal base for a balanced and varied breakfast. Our Haferkleie is a high-fibre protein source and naturally contains beta-glucans. Beta-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The positive effect occurs when 3 g of beta-glucans from oats are consumed daily. A 25 g serving of organic Haferkleie contains 1 g of beta-glucan - this corresponds to one third of the daily recommended amount of 3 g. Our tip: Use our Haferkleie for your fresh muesli creations or for baking bread. But our Haferkleie is also ideal as a topping for yoghurts, quark or smoothies.
