This is the best. There really is no meat in it and we swear by the taste.
We prepared vegan hugs & quiches together with Julia Ulrich, our fantastic chef. She taught us how to prepare vegan dishes so delicious that you will want to try more of them, even if you are a meat lover. As Julia says, she founded The Green Garden to convince people who normally eat meat that they do not have to eat meat every day. And what can we say? Julia's food looks fantastic and tastes even better.

About The Green Garden...
The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she had the idea for a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and turned them into vegan specialties. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is also popular with meat eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the Covid19 pandemic.
Why is her concept so successful? She says eating a green garden is like eating a rainbow. Colorful food simply makes people happy.
