Use/application/recommended intake

Take the contents of one portion bag directly without liquid once a day. Open the portion bags at the perforated line in the direction of the arrow. The simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, as this can impair the optimal availability of sodium selenite. However, staggered consumption (at least one hour apart) no longer has any effect.
