Usage/Application/Recommended intake

Take 1 tablet daily whole with some liquid (e.g. water). Simultaneous consumption of sodium selenite and vitamin C should be avoided, as this can impair the optimal availability of sodium selenite. Consumption at a different time (at least one hour apart) no longer has any influence.
