Food supplement with pumpkin seed extract, soy extract and silica for women

Usage/Application/Recommended intake

During the first 2-4 weeks, take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) unchewed with some liquid, independently of a meal. Subsequently, it is recommended to take 1 tablet, preferably before bedtime, over a longer period (at least 3 months). If necessary, 2 tablets can also be taken long-term.
