Usage/Application/Recommended intake

Consume one B12 Ankermann Vital tablet daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning with some water. The integrated break line ensures that the dosage can be halved into two identical halves. Due to the absence of additional colorants, the tablets may show varying shades of pink/rose due to the natural color of methylcobalamin.
