Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 35 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 90 g plant-based butter
  • 100 g spelt flour
  • 60 g ground hazelnuts or walnuts
  • 200 g Sukkari dates

For Decoration

  • Strawberries
  • Melted chocolate

Preparation

    Pit the dates and boil with 300ml water
  • 2
    Add the butter and finely chopped banana to the dates in a pot and blend everything together. Let cool.

    Mix flour, nuts, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder and fold into the date mixture.

    Carefully fold in the apple cider vinegar.

    Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) for approx. 30 minutes.

    Let the brownies rest briefly in the pan, then let them cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
