Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Finely chop the parsley leaves. Place flour, salt, and pepper on a plate, mix, and dredge the chicken breast fillets all over in the flour.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Shake off excess flour and sear the chicken breast fillets for approx. 5 min., turn, fry for another 2 min., and remove from the pan.

Sauté onion and garlic in the pan. Deglaze with white wine. Add chicken broth, mustard, and grapes and stir.
