Ingredients
- 225 g green grapes
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 g parsley
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 125 ml dry white wine
- 350 ml chicken broth
- 1 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- 45 ml cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
- 1Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Finely chop the parsley leaves. Place flour, salt, and pepper on a plate, mix, and dredge the chicken breast fillets all over in the flour.
- 2Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Shake off excess flour and sear the chicken breast fillets for approx. 5 min., turn, fry for another 2 min., and remove from the pan.
- 3Sauté the onion and garlic in the pan. Deglaze with white wine. Add chicken broth, mustard, and grapes, and stir.
- 4Return the chicken breast fillets to the pan, close the lid, and simmer for approx. another 25 min. Remove the lid and simmer for approx. 15 min. Stir in whipping cream and parsley.
- 5Serve on two plates and enjoy!

- 1Rice, pasta, or fresh bread taste great with the pan-fried chicken breast.
