Ingredients
- 30ml Absinthe
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 50ml Cloudy apple juice
- Splash of sparkling water
For Garnish
- 1-2 slices of cucumber
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh mint
Preparation
- 1Fill glass with ice cubes
- 2Pour in 30ml absinthe
- 3Squeeze 20ml lemon juice and add
- 4Add 50ml apple juice
- 5Stir
- 6Add a splash of sparkling mineral water
For Garnish
- 1Add 1-2 slices of cucumber
- 2Add 1-2 sprigs of fresh mint
Tip
Before garnishing, slap the mint 1-2 times or whip it against the glass to open the mint's capillaries and release its aroma.
