Ingredients

  • 100-120ml dry champagne
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh mint
 

Preparation

    Use an ice-cold glass

    Place 2-3 sprigs of mint in the glass

    Add 10ml sugar syrup

    Add a little champagne

    Gently muddle the mint in the sugar-champagne mixture

    Fill alternately with crushed ice and champagne

For Garnish

    Garnish with 1-2 sprigs of mint
Tip
Before garnishing, clap the mint 1-2 times or slap it against the glass to open the capillaries of the mint and release its aroma.
