  • 300 g flour
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 400 ml whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 300 g yogurt (3.8% fat)
  • 1 tbsp butter for frying
  • 1 Freche Freunde Quetschie of choice
  • 1 pack Freche Freunde Strawberry Chips

Preparation

    Peel the bananas, place them in a measuring cup, and finely puree them together with the milk – preferably with an immersion blender.

    Pour the banana milk into a large bowl, add flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and eggs, and mix everything into a smooth batter. Let the batter rest briefly.

    Heat butter in a pan and add small portions of batter. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

    Slice bananas, wash raspberries (or thaw if frozen). Prepare yogurt.

    Arrange pancakes on plates. Top with banana slices, raspberries, and yogurt. Finally, add a dollop of Quetschie and sprinkle with strawberry chips – the breakfast dream is ready!

    Tip: The pancakes taste great not only warm but also cold – ideal for lunchboxes, picnics, or a cozy weekend breakfast in pajamas. Extra practical: You can bake them in advance, freeze them, and simply toast them briefly when needed.
