Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 16 g baking powder
- 400 ml whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 40 g rolled oats
- 250 g raspberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300 g yogurt (3.8% fat)
- 1 tbsp butter for frying
- 1 Freche Freunde Quetschie of choice
- 1 pack Freche Freunde Strawberry Chips
Preparation
- 1Peel the bananas, place them in a measuring cup, and finely puree them together with the milk – preferably with an immersion blender.
- 2Pour the banana milk into a large bowl, add flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and eggs, and mix everything into a smooth batter. Let the batter rest briefly.
- 3Heat butter in a pan and add small portions of batter. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- 4Slice bananas, wash raspberries (or thaw if frozen). Prepare yogurt.
- 5Arrange pancakes on plates. Top with banana slices, raspberries, and yogurt. Finally, add a dollop of Quetschie and sprinkle with strawberry chips – the breakfast dream is ready!
- 6Tip: The pancakes taste great not only warm but also cold – ideal for lunchboxes, picnics, or a cozy weekend breakfast in pajamas. Extra practical: You can bake them in advance, freeze them, and simply toast them briefly when needed.
