Grocery delivery Augsburg: delivered fresh in 4 hours

Augsburg is the only location where our delivery time differs from the rest: four hours instead of three. The reason is the route, because the distance from the warehouse is longer than in Munich. We would rather state four hours and keep to them than promise three and miss them — a delivery time that is wrong is worse than one that is honestly longer.

The extra hour changes nothing about the range. The Bavarian staples are all there: organic dairy from Andechser Natur at Andechs Abbey and from Berchtesgadener Land, together more than eighty items, plus lard from Siebenschuh and sausage from Ponnath. From the Swabian area come Maultaschen and Spätzle from Bürger. The complete fresh range of fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and baked goods is available too, as is the drinks selection with Tegernseer Hell and Augustiner.

We supply Augsburg and neighbouring Friedberg, which borders the city directly to the east. Once you have planned in the four hours, you get the same selection as in the state capital, just an hour later. You choose the time slot yourself while ordering, and the terms are identical: the same minimum order value, the same delivery-fee tiers, the same threshold for free delivery. There is no surcharge for the longer distance.

If something is not right, report it within 72 hours in your account and we refund it or redeliver — the longer route changes nothing about that.
