1. Scope of Data Processing

1.1. When you contact us via our website, you may be asked to provide us with certain data about yourself or your company. This data may include, in particular, the following:

  • Address,

  • Name of the registered company,

  • Registered office of the company,

  • ID No. and Tax ID No.,

  • Telephone number,

  • Email address.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling a contract. We use the data you provide to stay in contact with you, and some of this data is also necessary to fulfill our legal obligations.

1.2. If you wish to become our business partner and provide us with your personal data for this purpose, for example, via an electronic form on the website, we will process all the data you voluntarily provide to us in this way, at your request, for the purpose of a future contract conclusion. This typically includes data to the following extent:

2. Who Has Access to Your Personal Data

As the data controller, we process your personal data. This includes, for example:

3. Period of Personal Data Processing

We process your personal data for the period determined by the purpose of the processing.

3.1. For the purpose of contract fulfillment, we process your data for the duration of the contract and for the period stipulated by the relevant legal regulations after the termination of the contract. 3.2. To comply with the legal obligations to which we are subject, we process your data for the period specified in the respective laws. 3.3. To protect our legitimate interests, we process your data for a maximum period of four (4) years from the start of data processing, unless specific legal regulations provide otherwise or there is a justified need to store the data for a longer period in individual cases for compelling reasons. 3.4. For the purpose of contract negotiation, we process your data for a period of four (4) years from the start of data processing.

4. Personal Data of Third Parties

Personal data of third parties, i.e., personal data of employees and customers of our suppliers and other persons involved in the cooperation with us, or other data that we receive in connection with the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract, will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal provisions for the protection of personal data. We use this personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. We process the personal data of third parties for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period that may be provided for in special legal regulations. They will then be kept for a longer period if there is a justified need for the retention of the data in connection with a specific case.

6. Your Rights in Connection with the Processing of Personal Data

As a data subject, you have certain rights in connection with the processing of personal data, which arise from the applicable laws and which you can exercise at any time. These rights include: i. the right of access, ii. the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete personal data completed, iii. the right to erasure of personal data if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or if it is determined that the personal data has been unlawfully processed, iv. the right to restriction of processing, v. the right to data portability, vi. the right to object to the processing of personal data, whereupon the processing will be stopped unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, especially if these grounds include the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, and vii. the right to contact the data protection authority.

Right of access: If you want to know whether we are processing your personal data, you have the right to request confirmation as to whether the personal data in question is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right of access to this personal data.

Right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and to have incomplete personal data completed: If you believe that we are processing personal data about you that is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request its rectification and/or completion. We will rectify or complete the data without undue delay, taking into account the technical possibilities.

Right to erasure: If you request erasure, we will delete your personal data if (i) the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the personal data has been unlawfully processed, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of your personal data, or (iv) the legal obligation under EU or national law to process personal data no longer exists.

Right to restriction of processing: If you request the restriction of processing, we will no longer make your personal data available or will temporarily remove it or perform other processing activities that are necessary for the proper exercise of this right;

Right to data portability: If you want us to transfer the personal data that we process about you electronically on the basis of a contract or your consent to a third party, you can exercise your right to data portability. Should the exercise of this right adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, we will not be able to comply with your request.

Right to object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1). Unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, the processing will be stopped without undue delay.

In the case of repeated or manifestly unfounded requests to exercise the above rights, we may either charge a reasonable fee for exercising the right in question or refuse to process the request. Should this be the case, you will be informed accordingly.
