TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE XTRA MEMBERSHIP SERVICE

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions for the Xtra Membership (“Terms”). It is a legal document that clearly defines the rights and obligations related to the use of the Xtra Membership. The Xtra Membership is a paid service for customers of the e-shop www.knuspr.de and offers a number of benefits and advantages that improve your shopping experience.

Who we are and where to find us

The e-shop www.knuspr.de can be accessed via the website www.knuspr.de or the mobile app Knuspr.de (“Knuspr.de e-shop”).

The e-shop is operated by Großer Kern GmbH, located at Tal 30, 80331 Munich, registered in the Commercial Register of the Munich District Court under HRB 256048 (“Knuspr.de”).

These Terms apply as of 24.04.2025.

To help you navigate the terms, we have prepared a brief overview of each chapter and a description of the most important information you will find there.

XTRA MEMBERSHIP SERVICE

The Xtra Membership is your key to a more convenient, cost-efficient, and faster shopping experience in the Knuspr.de e-shop. With this service you gain access to a variety of advantages that improve every purchase – from exclusive discounts to preferred delivery and special partner offers.

Which benefits does the Xtra Membership offer?

It provides exclusive discounts and products. With the Xtra Membership, you get access to special prices and products that are not available to regular customers. These include in particular:

10% discount on selected private labels such as Miil, Dacello, Moddia, Pappudia
10% discount on organic products marked “BIO” in the e-shop
Access to an exclusive assortment available only to Xtra members

Delivery benefits. Enjoy convenient, fast, and discounted deliveries with the following advantages:

Free use of the reusable bag system
Free delivery for all orders
Guaranteed same-day delivery for orders placed by 17:00*
4x monthly orders without a minimum order value

*Availability may vary depending on delivery location.

Additional benefits may change over time depending on current offers. The current list of all Xtra member benefits is always available in the Knuspr.de online shop. We recommend checking them before every purchase as the offer is constantly being expanded.

Detailed information and conditions regarding the benefits of the Xtra Membership can be found at: knuspr.de/xtra. The benefits may be offered directly by Knuspr.de or in cooperation with selected partners. Their availability may vary depending on delivery location, product availability, or current capacity.

All Xtra Membership benefits renew at the beginning of each calendar month.

XTRA MEMBERSHIP

The Xtra Membership is a paid service that opens the door to an even more rewarding and convenient shopping experience at Knuspr.de.

Free trial period

To let you try the Xtra Membership without obligation and see if it suits you, we offer you a free 30-day trial period.

How does the trial work?

The free trial phase is available to all customers with an active customer account who have not yet been an Xtra trial member. During the trial, you can use all Xtra Membership benefits completely free – without making any advance payment.

How to activate your trial version:

You have an active customer account that has not yet had an Xtra trial membership.
Log in via the special Xtra Membership page, select the type of membership (monthly or yearly), and enter your payment details.
Only an authorization fee will be charged to verify your card – no money will be debited.
After successful registration, your 30-day free trial period starts automatically.
If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing and keep the benefits until the end of the trial.
If you do not cancel, after the 30 days a fee will automatically be charged according to the chosen membership plan.

What happens after the trial ends?

Once the 30-day trial period ends, the service becomes a paid subscription. Fees will be automatically charged according to the plan you selected – until you cancel the membership.

Membership plans

You can choose between two subscription options:

Monthly Xtra Membership – with automatic renewal, monthly billing cycle, and a price of €9.90 incl. VAT
Annual Xtra Membership – with automatic renewal, annual billing cycle, and a price of €99.00 incl. VAT per year

How to activate the Xtra Membership:

If you have never been an Xtra member, you can activate the membership free of charge through the 30-day trial (see above).
If you are not eligible for the trial, simply log into your customer account, go to the “Xtra Membership” section, select your preferred plan, and complete the payment. Once payment is successful, your benefits are automatically and immediately activated.

Payment and confirmation

After entering your details, you will be redirected to a secure payment portal where you can pay by card. If you activate the free trial, only an authorization payment is made – no money will be debited.

Once the service has been paid, you will receive an invoice in accordance with applicable law. It is always available in your order history in your customer profile.

Can activation be temporarily unavailable?

Yes – if there is a significant increase in demand that could affect the quality of services offered, Knuspr.de may temporarily suspend new activations. You will be informed of such restrictions in advance.

TERMINATION OF XTRA MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel your Xtra Membership at any time – without giving reasons – directly in your customer account.

If you cancel during the trial period, no costs will apply. You may continue to use all benefits until the end of the 30-day free trial. After that, the service will automatically end.
If you cancel after the trial period, you may still cancel at any time. In this case, you will continue to enjoy the benefits until the end of the current paid period, and the subscription will not be renewed.

The membership fee is non-refundable after the trial period, unless you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (see below).

Or directly in your customer account by deactivating automatic renewal – in this case, the membership will automatically expire at the end of the current billing period

If you cancel the service before the end of the paid period, you are not entitled to a refund (except in the specified cases).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you have chosen an Xtra Membership subscription, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer.

The rules applying to the right of withdrawal are set out in detail in the following

Withdrawal Instructions

a) Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the subscription order within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer placed the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Großer Kern GmbH, Tal 30, 80331 Munich, e-mail: kunden@knuspr.de, telephone: 089/88 99 75 00, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of their decision to withdraw from this contract. The attached sample withdrawal form may be used, but is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

b) Consequences of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, Knuspr.de must refund all payments received from the customer without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal was received by Knuspr.de.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer. If requested, the amount can also be credited to the customer account as credits.

In no case will the customer be charged fees for this refund.

RESTRICTIONS AND MISUSE OF THE XTRA MEMBERSHIP

The benefits of the Xtra Membership are personal, linked to a specific customer account, and non-transferable.

In case of suspected misuse – for example repeated registration to receive multiple trial periods – Knuspr.de reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately without compensation and block further access to the services.

To use the Xtra Membership, you must have an active customer account and a valid payment method.

In case of obvious misuse of the complaint system (e.g. repeated excessive self-claims without valid reason), Knuspr.de reserves the right to restrict or completely remove this service – including the right to revoke credits granted for complaints not compatible with the purpose of the service.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

We offer the Xtra Membership Service with the greatest care and commitment to the highest quality. However, some circumstances are beyond our control, therefore the following limitations of liability apply:

We are not liable for:

Actions of other customers or the way they use the service or e-shop, or other circumstances on their side
Damage caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government measures)
Technical failures (e.g. power outages, network issues)
Suspension or restriction of the Xtra service due to exceptional situations or temporary capacity shortages (e.g. due to a health crisis or government measures)
The content and operation of third-party advertising displayed in the Knuspr.de e-shop
Unauthorized interference by third parties in the e-shop system or misuse thereof

Limited liability for third-party services

Knuspr.de is not responsible for services or actions of third parties not part of the organization – whether payment providers, couriers, or other contractors. We are not liable for errors or claims arising from their services.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Legal system, dispute resolution

Any use of the Xtra Membership Service is subject to German law, excluding international private law.

For the settlement of disputes, German courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If the customer is a business, the courts at Knuspr.de’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.

We point out that we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. Instead, we always strive to resolve any conflicts with our customers directly. Please contact our customer service for this purpose.

Right to terminate the service

Knuspr.de reserves the right to discontinue the Xtra Membership Service or the sale of goods and services via the Knuspr.de shop at any time.

Changes to the Terms

Knuspr.de may amend or supplement the Xtra Membership Terms at any time in a reasonable manner. You will be informed in advance by e-mail or other appropriate means, so that you can view the new version without undue difficulty.

If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to terminate the contract with one month’s notice, starting the day after your notice of termination has been received by Knuspr.de.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms proves to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that comes closest to the original intent and purpose.

Effective date

These Terms enter into force on 24.04.2025.
