Description
Our mugwort grows fresh in soil and is only harvested shortly before use. This keeps its aroma clear, pleasantly herbaceous, and not as strong as dried mugwort.
It's ideal for goose or duck, as it balances and harmonizes the dish. Fresh mugwort makes the taste rounder and finer – without a bitter aftertaste.
Fresh mugwort contains vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron, plus essential oils that aid digestion. This makes rich dishes like goose or duck more digestible.
Berlin Farms - the birthplace of Berlin Microgreens
Microgreens are not only very tasty and intensely flavorful, but each microgreen is also a true powerhouse of vitamins, minerals, and secondary plant compounds. This makes them a great and much healthier alternative to vitamin pills and powders. We have made it our goal to bring microgreens out of their decorative niche and make them accessible to everyone as a daily part of their diet.
Microgreen herbs offer everything that mature herbs have – only better.
More flavor: Microgreens are small flavor bombs that refine dishes with their intense seasoning.
Concentrated nutrients: Microgreens contain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in high concentration, making them true powerhouses for your health.
Zero-Waste: Microgreen herbs have no long stems that end up as waste. You enjoy 100% pure pleasure – leaf by leaf.
Always fresh directly from the soil: without compromising on taste and quality.
