Mild and sweet blossom honey

Liquid acacia honey with a sweet taste. One of the most popular Breitsamer varietal honeys, which is handcrafted. The honey remains liquid for a long time and the jar has a practical hinged lid that prevents sticking.

The white blossom of the up to 25m high black locust (false acacia) is one of the first sources of nectar for bees in spring. It provides abundant nectar, which the bees transform into a water-clear to light yellow honey treat. Acacia honey is incomparably mild and sweet in taste. One of the most popular honeys, which tastes just as good on bread as it does for sweetening drinks and yoghurt. The acacia honey comes from Europe.
