This organic oat bar with date and coconut as well as 43.5% oats is a natural source of fiber and is great as a snack for kindergarten or school lunch box. Of course, it is free of added sugar and contains only a small amount of fructose. PS: Tastes great for the whole family, also great for sports, the office or traveling!
