Cooking instructions: Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse with cold water. Place the rice in a large saucepan, add cold water and salt, and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes until the rice is soft. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve.
