For stiff whipped cream, creative cream cakes or creamy desserts. This whipping cream thickener has cornstarch as a base and is subtly sweetened with grape sugar. Stirred into cold cream or Alnatura Soy Cream Cuisine and whipped, it makes it stiff.

The Alnatura whipping cream thickener is gluten-free and vegan, its ingredients come from organic farming. Tip for cake bases: Simply sprinkle evenly with whipping cream thickener before topping; this way the base will not soak through.
