1. WHAT IS GRANU FINK FEMINA AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Granu Fink femina is a traditional herbal medicine.

Indications

Traditional medicine used to strengthen or invigorate the bladder function in case of bladder weakness and for relieving bladder discomfort caused by an overactive bladder (irritable bladder), after serious illnesses have been ruled out by a doctor. Granu Fink femina is a traditional medicine that is registered exclusively on the basis of many years of use for the field of application.

2. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE TAKING GRANU FINK FEMINA?

Granu Fink femina must not be taken if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to hop cones, sumac bark, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin-like plants such as watermelon, zucchini etc., soy, peanuts or any of the other ingredients of Granu Fink femina.

Special care must be taken when taking Granu Fink femina

Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Granu Fink femina. If you experience symptoms of illness such as fever, cramps, blood in the urine, pain when urinating or acute urinary retention, you should see a doctor.

Children and adolescents

Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended, as there is insufficient data on this age group.

When taking Granu Fink femina with other medicines

No interactions are known. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines, have recently taken other medicines or intend to take other medicines.

Taking Granu Fink femina with food and drink

No interactions are known.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you suspect you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been studied. Therefore, Granu Fink femina is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. There are no reports of malformations in newborns after taking Granu Fink femina. The medicine can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding if clinically necessary. There is no data on the effect on fertility.

Driving and using machines

No impairments are known.

Important information about certain other ingredients of Granu Fink femina

This medicine contains glucose. Please only take Granu Fink femina after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars.

3. HOW TO TAKE GRANU FINK FEMINA?

Always take this medicine exactly as agreed with your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose for adults is

1 hard capsule 3 times a day. The hard capsules should be taken with sufficient liquid, preferably before meals. The duration of use is not limited. If the symptoms worsen or if symptoms such as fever, cramps or blood in the urine, pain when urinating or urinary retention occur during use of the medicine, a doctor should be consulted.

Use in children and adolescents

Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended.

If you have taken more Granu Fink femina than you should

If you have taken more Granu Fink femina than you should, please notify your doctor. He can decide on any necessary measures. The side effects listed below may occur more frequently.

If you forget to take Granu Fink femina

Do not take double the amount if you have forgotten to take the previous dose.

If you stop taking Granu Fink femina

Interrupting or prematurely ending treatment is generally harmless.

If you have any further questions on the use of this medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

4. WHAT SIDE EFFECTS ARE POSSIBLE?

Like all medicines, Granu Fink femina can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.

The following frequency information is used to evaluate side effects:
Very common:	more than 1 in 10 treated persons
Common:	1 to 10 in 100 treated persons
Uncommon:	1 to 10 in 1,000 treated persons
Rare:	1 to 10 in 10,000 treated persons
Very rare:	less than 1 in 10,000 treated persons
Not known:	frequency cannot be estimated from the available data.

When taking Granu Fink femina, gastrointestinal complaints and allergic reactions such as skin rashes, itching, swelling may occur. The frequency is not known.

Other possible side effects

Soybean oil can very rarely cause allergic reactions.

What countermeasures should be taken in case of side effects?
If you experience gastrointestinal complaints, please inform your doctor so that he can decide on the severity and any necessary measures. If allergic reactions occur, Granu Fink femina should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted immediately. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if any of the listed side effects affect you significantly or if you notice side effects not listed in this package leaflet.

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. This also applies to side effects not listed in this package leaflet. 5. HOW TO STORE GRANU FINK FEMINA?

Keep this medicine out of the reach of children. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton or blister pack after "Use by". The expiry date refers to the last day of the month indicated. Do not dispose of medicines in wastewater. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of the medicine when you stop using it. In this way, you help to protect the environment. Storage conditions: Do not store above 25°C.

6. CONTENTS OF THE PACK AND OTHER INFORMATION

What Granu Fink femina contains

Active ingredients: 1 hard capsule contains: pumpkin seed oil 227.3 mg, dry extract from sumac bark (5-7 :1) 56.0 mg Extraction agent: water, dry extract from hop cones (5.5-6.5:1) 18.0 mg Extraction agent: water. The other ingredients are: all-rac-alpha-tocopherol acetate, phospholipids from soybeans, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, yellow wax, gelatin, glycerol, purified water, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, sodium dodecyl sulfate, dyes: titanium dioxide, iron(III) oxide (E 172) and iron(III) hydroxide oxide x H20 (E172).

What Granu Fink femina looks like and contents of the pack

Granu Fink femina are reddish-brown hard capsules that are packed in a blister pack. Original packs of 30, 60 or 120 hard capsules.
