Cold application

decongestant and pain-relieving
- for acute inflammation of joints and muscles
- for blunt injuries, swelling, bruising

For immediate use, it is recommended to store in the freezer (ready to use after approx. 2 hours of cooling)

Warm application

relaxing and promoting blood circulation
- for tension
- for muscle soreness
- for back pain
- for menstrual cramps
Heat the compress for approx. 2 minutes in hot (not boiling) water, or alternatively in the microwave at max. 280 watts.

Please note

For external use only! Do not use the compress in case of acute circulatory problems, arterial circulatory disorders, Raynaud's syndrome, excessive or insufficient temperature sensitivity (e.g. diabetes). If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Wrap the compress in a cloth or protective cover when in use. Excessive heating can destroy the compress. Risk of burns! The compress can be disposed of via household waste.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion of the contents of the pouch, drink plenty of water and consult a doctor as a precaution.
