Full veggie power: Falafel are the heart of Arabic cuisine and are also considered oriental classics in this country. Whether in a wrap, on a burger or as a highlight in a bowl. The iglo falafel give you that extra veggie kick! Street food now straight from the freezer.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in the oven (our recommendation, lower in fat, as no frying oil is required)
- Preheat the oven to 220°C top and bottom heat (180°C convection).
- Place the frozen falafel on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook on the middle shelf for approx. 11-13 minutes. Turn after half the cooking time.
- Please observe the instructions of the baking paper manufacturer.
Preparation in the pan
- Approx. 1 tablespoon of oil in a heated coated pan.
- Carefully place the frozen falafel in the pan and fry over medium heat
- Fry the falafel for approx. 14 minutes, turning regularly.
- Heat the product through before consumption.
