iglo Green Beans are particularly tender and fine. After harvesting, they are processed and frozen within a very short time. This optimally preserves valuable nutrients and aroma - for the best taste at all times.
Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a saucepan
- For a vitamin-preserving preparation, simply add the green beans unthawed to 125 ml of boiling water.
- Bring the vegetables to a boil covered over high heat, then cook for about 5 minutes. Stir several times.
Preparation in the microwave
- For a vitamin-preserving preparation, simply add the green beans unthawed with 4 tbsp of water to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Cook the vegetables in the microwave at 600 watts, covered, for about 10 minutes. Stir several times.
