Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a pan
- Put the contents of the pack unthawed into a hot, coated pan (approx. 20cm diameter).
- Fry for approx. 5 minutes over high heat.
- Cover the pan with a suitable lid and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Stir several times.
Preparation in the microwave
- Put the contents of the pack unthawed into a microwaveable bowl and cover.
- Heat in the microwave at 600 watts for approx. 13 minutes.
- Stir several times.
Microwave preparation does not produce a frying effect.
