Preparation recommendation:
Preparation in a saucepan
- Simply add the desired amount of young spinach unthawed to a saucepan.
- Bring the vegetables to a boil over medium heat, covered, and continue to simmer for 2 minutes. Stir several times.
Preparation in the microwave
- Simply add the desired amount of young spinach unthawed to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat the spinach in the microwave at 600 watts, covered, for the specified time and bring to a boil briefly. Stir several times.
