Natural Cool Demeter soup vegetables

The colourful vegetable mix in Demeter quality consists of carrots, green beans, leek, peas, cauliflower, kohlrabi, celery, broccoli and parsley and can also be removed in small portions thanks to the resealable packaging. Ideal for soups, stews, vegetable pans and much more.

Preparation recommendation: 

Place the frozen soup vegetables in 1 litre of boiling broth or stock. Bring the broth briefly back to a boil, and let the vegetables cook over medium heat for approx. 8–10 minutes. Season to taste (e.g. with fresh herbs).
