Preparation recommendation:
In a saucepan:
- Put the frozen Demeter spinach in a saucepan with a lid and heat on a low setting, season and stir occasionally. Add 3 tbsp water if necessary.
In a pan:
- Put the frozen Demeter spinach in a pan with a little oil and sauté at medium temperature with finely chopped onions, stirring several times. Season to taste.
