Cooking instructions: From frozen in a pan. Add product to boiling water. Return to the boil, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Microwave (from frozen): Place 250g of product in a microwaveable container. Add a small amount of water. Cover with a microwaveable lid. 750W: 5 minutes, 900W: 4 minutes, 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking. Larger quantities will require longer cooking times. Drain well. Season to taste. Do not reheat.
