Golden rösti moments just like at your favourite bistro: These M&S potato rösti, made from grated Maris Piper potatoes, are refined with onions, delicately seasoned and already lightly pre-fried.
When baked, they become wonderfully crispy on the outside and stay tender on the inside – for effortless enjoyment with a touch of sophistication. The carefully selected potato variety brings a pleasantly buttery note that pairs perfectly with the subtle onion flavour. Use
Cook from frozen. Oven: 20–22 min at 200°C (fan 180°C/gas mark 6), preheat, remove packaging, place in a single layer on a baking tray, turn halfway through. Air fryer: 14–16 min at 180°C, preheat, cook in a single layer, turn halfway through, then leave to rest for 1 min. Do not reheat.
