Use
Microwave (from frozen): 750 W 7 min, 900 W 6 min. Heat on a microwave-safe plate at 100% power, then leave to stand for 2 min. Times apply to 1 potato.
Oven (from frozen): 45–55 min at 220°C (200°C fan), Gas Mark 7. Heat on a baking tray on the middle shelf. Do not reheat. Suitable for vegans.
